Professor Steinberg if the best. He makes class interesting by bringing in current issues that tie in to the readings, which are also GREAT. He encourages communication amongst classmates which in the end is very helpful. And although sometimes the work he assigns can seem very time consuming, your final grade will prove to be worth all the time and effort you put into his class. He is always willing to help, and is just a great professor overall.

One of the best professors I've ever taken. Sterner is a fair grader, he allows rewrites on all his papers, his homoework is easy, and he's very generous when it comes to your final grade. His paper topics are usually about your opinion (no explications) and he teaches everything you need to know to write, so it's okay if you haven't written an essay in a long time.

You learn so much in this class, much more than you expect. In class, it's an informal setting, talking about the literature we read and discussing its relevence. One of the nicest and most knowledgable professors, definitely take him if there's room (his classes are one of the first to fill up).
