Professor Sutherland is amazing! This class was my favourite in the whole quarter. The professor is so passionate about Film and Literature and that makes the class super fun. It requires watching about 1 film a week and then spending time analysing and discussing it in class. There are 2 papers (2 pages each), 1 presentation (15mins), and 1 final paper. The class depends a lot on how the rest of the students are, if they are engaged, it makes the discussion fruitful. Definitely recommend it. Very chill workload and time commitment as it only happens once a week.
