nicest guy ever!!!! was taking ochem at the same time as this class + working an in-person job and he was sooo so understanding about it!! I literally couldn't participate in the first class because of work, and he cut me slack, which I super appreciate. he even gave the whole class like an extra three days to work on our final paper + did one on one check ins with all of us on our progress to give us corrections. He's also pretty funny, respectful of your time, and you generally as a person who has a whole life and can't be his number 1 student + didn't make me pay for a bs textbook he wrote! def graded me nicer than i deserved cos im not a good writer :)

grading: the whole core assignment was a 7-9 page double-spaced research paper on ANY topic you wanted related to Buddhism, so it was really fun :)
