The professor is probably the best one I've had in my whole four years here, he cares so deeply for the well being of the students. He provides students with meditation techniques in order for us to have moments of self care all the while teaching us social justice activism tied with nonviolence movements and ideals. Although you would need to apply for the class, I highly recommend it. The class grade was made up of three parts, 3 paper reflections, class participation and discussion, and a final project.
