Fall 2025 - The class concept is great and super interesting, but unfortunately this isn’t the professor to take it with. If you do take it, make sure you participate, otherwise you’re on her list and she will blatantly nitpick on you in front of the entire class. Reading load is also heavy.

Winter 2019 - Professor Heise's lectures had a good balance between discussion and lecture. She posted her slides after class and the concepts weren't difficult to grasp. We had around four smaller assignments and a large group project but the topics were all posted ahead of time so the workload was spread out well throughout the quarter.
