Quarter: N/A
Grade: N/A

I really enjoyed this class. Groeling is an entertaining professor and the work load of the class is manageable. The class has three tests throughout the quarter making up 60% of the overall grade. The tests are short, consisting of 7 short answer questions and one essay question. There were no surprises or tricks on the tests; everything was taken directly from readings. The tests were extremely fair. I wouldn't say they were easy, but if you spent enough time on the readings, it was possible to get an A. The class also consists of a group research project, that makes up 20% of your grade. The group is limited to three people, or you can have a one person group, but no two person groups (he has his reasoning). The project really was not difficult; you just have to collect the date for the project, which is a bit time consuming, and then write up the report, which was limited to 10 pages. Between three people, the project is really not difficult. The other 20% of the grade is based on attendance. So attendance to lecture is mandatory; he passes a sign in sheet each class. Overall, a great class with a manageable work load and a funny professor.

overall, he's an easy professor. his lectures are quite boring and he spends a lot of time talking about stuff that don't concern the class and he tries to be funny and fails most of the time. and you have to go to class to get credit. there were 3 exams (including the final), attendance points, a project (fairly easy if you spend the good amount of time on it) and some extra points. it was a pretty easy class and somewhat interesting.
