very effective professor!!
he made all the lectures understandable and is very straight forward.
for the midterm, i thought i understood everything but did below average.
but i realized every problems were based on the lecture
so i studied the notes and got 95% on the final. since he doesnt trick you on the tests, you will do great if you take good notes. very good professor.

I had professor Brown for Game Theory (Math 167).

I would HIGHLY recommend him. He is a fantastic teacher. The midterm was 5 questions, 4 simple calculations and 1 proof (that was quite difficult, most people got 0/20). The final was 10 questions with 2 proofs.

Overall, game theory is a fun class that has you analyzing matrices and manipulating them to arrive at an answer. If you're okay with matrices and using some formulas, I definitely recommend him. The textbook is online, so you don't have to pay a cent. I'm looking forward to taking optimization with him next quater.
