Best class I have taken at UCLA by far! Bob is hands down the best, most open professor at UCLA and his ability to work with students is shown in class. There are 3, 2 page papers throughout the quarter, that are basically submit to get full points. Attendance is mandatory, but he will work with you if you are sick, want to join through zoom, or simply can't make it. I was absent about 4 times throughout the quarter, and he offered me extra credit report on two of my favorite artists comparing and contrasting them. I loved this class and would recommend for anyone looking to develop public speaking skills, or just an enjoyable 2 unit class.

Very fun class. I came in thinking it was more about dance, however, it was more about training the voice and singing. I also was one of the few STEM majors just taking this Dance class for fun but it was such a great experience and break for the more academic classes, would definitely recommend.
