Bradley was a pretty decent professor. He is SO, SO CONCERNED about students. I cannot stress that enough. A couple days before the final I got a really bad cold and was absolutely miserable, so I emailed him to ask about a potential extension on the final (something I've never done in my life) and he was SO ACCOMMODATING!!! We had an 8-11am final, and he told me to come in any time before 11 so that I could sleep in and he would make sure I got the full 3 hours. Not only did he do that, but he actually told me that I could just take as long as I wanted to and not to worry about time. He is just the sweetest/best person!
As far as lecturing, he's pretty decent but sometimes will rush through material when he gets pressed for time at the end, and it will often be important stuff that he really expects us to know. Other than that he will happily repeat anything and re-explain anything that wasn't understood. He's like your favorite uncle at Thanksgiving dinner who wants to make sure everyone had enough to eat and is just all around jovial and awesome. I'd recommend taking him if he's ever not co-teaching with Gunsalus...

Bradley's a cool dude. Take him, even if he's teaching with Gunsalus. I don't know why people give Gunsalus hate he's a good professor too in my opinion. Bradley makes his material sound interesting and fun. I especially enjoyed the material after the second midterm. Before that it was pretty boring not gonna lie. But Bradley is very helpful over the CCLE discussion page which is HIGHLY appreciated. He can go through material quickly but since it's podcasted you can listen to it again. Nice guy. Would take him again.

Dr. Bradley was extremely helpful and knowledgeable. I would highly recommend taking 101 with him. I took it with him and Gunsalus. They're both good but Bradley had more engaging lectures. Go to Bradley's office hours! They're very helpful, he's funny, and he often brought us cookies/ candy.
To get an A in this class:
Go to class (though this is not mandatory),rewatch as many classes on bruincast as you can, go to office hours even when you don't think you need to, and participate on the CCLE discussion board. (If your grade was borderline and you participated on the discussion board, they said they would round you up.)
The point breakdown is:
1. Midterm 1 100 points
2. Midterm 2 100 points
3. Final 150 points (Our quarter it was not cumulative, which is was great)
Getting an A is very doable, but you need to watch lectures/ study the slides constantly.

Dr. Bradley is funny, charismatic, incredibly intelligent, and, simply put, cares. He will bring candy to every office hour, will hold extra review sessions, and will answer all questions thoughtfully. His exam questions are tricker than Dr. Gunsalus', but they're not at all impossible. If you can, take MIMG 101 with him and Gunsalus. The final is non-cumulative and Gunsalus is not as bad as a lot of Bruinwalk reviews make him out to be.

Dr. Bradley is an angel. Students can tell when a professor loves what they do and when they actually CARE, which is why my classmates and I were always interested in course content and motivated to study hard. That being said, this class is still tough and there is a ton of material. Dr. Bradley makes sure he's super supportive, available, and kind at all times to ease some of the stress. Thank you!!!

Professor Bradley is a great person. Charismatic lecturer and clear in his words. The first couple of weeks can be a drudge to get through, but once he gets to the things that he likes, the quality of lectures get vastly better. There's a ton of info in the class, so make sure you watch the Bruincast vids before a test and review over your notes a *ton* of times.

Dr Bradley is one of those professors who loves what he does and cares about his students. The material in this class is not very hard but there is so much material that you need to study. I definitely recommend going to the office hours because he often review everything in details which is really helpful also try to go to the discussions because TAs are wonderful and really help you understand the material.

I took MIMG 101 with Professor Bradley and Professor Das, both of whom were very clear lecturers and truly cared about the students' learning. The class is introductory, so the concepts themselves are not very difficult, but be aware that they do expect you to know a lot of information for the tests. Tests were not cumulative, thankfully, so each midterm (2) and the final tested only certain portions of the class. In my experience, the best way to study for this class is to attend lecture and rewatch the Bruincasts because anything from their lectures are fair game. If you have friends in the class, try explaining the concepts to one another, or self-explain to test whether you understand the concepts. I would also recommend going to your discussion sections because the TA's often provide concise reviews of the week's material as well as worksheets to supplement your learning. Overall, I thought the class was very interesting and they often include real-world applications for the material, which was nice. I would highly recommend taking this class with Professor Bradley and Professor Das-- they are super kind, helpful, and wholesome!

Since Professor Bradley only seems to teach MIMG 101 in the winter, this review is more about Bradley and Ali Pour as teachers rather than what to expect on the exams since the open-note format probably won’t be used again. Both of them are fantastic profs and I enjoyed this class a lot more than I thought I would since a lot of people loathe its difficulty and amount of material. Bradley was very receptive to student questions and made himself available for plenty of office hours where he explained things he went over in lecture. You could tell he was passionate about what he was teaching especially when we got into Toxoplasma Gondi, the parasite he studies. Paria Ali Pour also did her part well even though she isn’t as familiar with this course. If Rebecca TAs for this course again, I strongly recommend being in her section. She was very good at summarizing the massive amounts of content we learned and even created some practice problems that were similar to the problem-solving type questions on exams.
