Neha Kumar's teaching style in management is simply exceptional. Unlike the typical slide-based lectures, she took us on a journey through the real world of management with engaging discussions and relatable scenarios. What's truly amazing about Neha's classes is that they're not just about listening – they're about actively participating and learning from each other. She creates an atmosphere where everyone's input is valued. She is truly one of the most amazing professors I have ever had. She is very knowledgeable and inspiring. Get to know her and her story. She doesn't just teach theory; she shares insights from her own experience in the field using actual companies and scenarios, making the subject come alive. But what really sets Neha apart is her genuine care for her students. She goes out of her way to support us, both inside and outside the classroom. And let's not forget the incredible guest speakers she brings in – they add a whole new dimension to our learning. Overall, I would always take another class with Neha. She is phenomenal and one of the best professors ucla has. Take her! You won't regret it. Participate in class discussions, attend her office hours, and enjoy having her as a professor!

Quarter: Summer 2019
Grade: A

One of the worst professors UCLA has to offer. She did not teach for one minute. She released our class an entire hour early every day after holding us in class solely for the purpose of having us work with each other on homework questions (summer session was 2+ hours). She constantly said she really wanted us to get the concepts she was teaching, but all she talked about was her job working with "influencers". When a student called her out on an exam question that she didn't provide enough information to solve, she was unable to give a clear explanation. Really bad professor in my opinion.

Quarter: Fall 2020
Grade: A

Prof Kumar was very accommodating, especially during covid but this class hardly felt like a class. No one really knew what was going on because of the lack of consistency we had with lectures. Sometimes we would go a week without a lecture. Not the most difficult class if you have a good foundation of accounting already!

Quarter: Fall 2021
Grade: A-

Worst professor at UCLA hands down.
There was probably a total of about 10 hours of lecture throughout the entire quarter. While you may initially think this is a positive, you can never know when she will post a lecture and what it will be about.
She will test you on things she has not taught.
She consistently scheduled exams incorrectly.
She NEVER responds to emails.
She was just generally MIA for most of this class. Waste of time and money.
DO NOT TAKE THIS CLASS WITH HER - just wait another quarter.
