he is a real good professor and knows a lot about astronomy. our class was great because it was small and we had an LA Times writer, KC Cole, teach alongside Prof. Morris.
The class was a lot of work, we had a bunch of mini articles and papers due, but you do learn a lot.
He isn't the easiest grader in the world, but you get free points for participation and stuff like that so it evens out.
good professor overall.

I think it is important to warn those who are planning to take Astro 7. I didn't have a problem with Professor Morris himself, he's actually an nice guy who showed us cool pictures on his power point presentations but the work load was ridiculous for a G.E. (Weekly reflections, three 3page paper, one 6 page paper and presentation, two quizzes and a final). If you see that K.C Cole is teaching along with Pro. Morris I suggest you brace yourself for a quarter of listening to a person talk about how great a writer she is and buying a reader that had mostly her work! This class was very annoying!
