Final (6-8 pages)- 30%
Lilit has an amazing syllabus for the class. I even kept my books. She takes a little time to warm up to class so the first few lectures may be awkward. The class is very participation-heavy and ten percent of the grade depends on weekly discussion posts that have to be about 250 words long. She gives extensions on papers and is super accommodating. I would really recommend going to her office hours because she's super helpful and usually lets you know your possible grade and she even allows email drafts.
However, she can be a little formulaic and prefer standard academic essay format. But at the end of the day, she just wants you to be a better writer. 10/10 recommend this class. Would take it again.
