Quarter: Spring 2025

He told us that he was forced to teach his class because one of his final projects was about finance. I still think the class was very well-taught. The topics are super useful, and it moved slowly enough to make sure everyone was on the same page. The HW and exam questions were always clear and unambiguous, and he never went too hard on us. He answered all of our questions and still made it in time to teach Black-Scholes at the end of the quarter (he probably could have included a few more optional topics, but he chose to just cover the mandatory topics). Homework is ungraded, but you're held accountable for practicing by the biweekly quizzes, which he made easier than the homework. Attendance not required (except quizzes), textbook not required. I still remember the first day of class (April Fools) where he had a goose walking around his iPad screen, and he still got through the content. Answers questions very thoughtfully. Really hope to be able to take another class with him.
