This professor should honestly be fired. She's oddly self-centered in her treatment of the coursework and just plain rude to students. Seems to be just doing her job because she likes the sound of her own voice, not because she actually cares about teaching.
Professor Han is honestly the best professor I’ve ever had, she totally understands you and she is very nice. Very informative and interesting class.
I took Power with Professor Han before and also left a review on that. I really enjoyed this class and Professor Han is so cool and funny. It’s less structured than Power, so you have more freedom. however I know some people struggle with this too because then it might be harder to feel motivated, but I personally liked the structure of the class. We watched a lot of documentaries in this class that made us really emotional and cry. Professor Han is a really understanding and kind professor. Sometimes she may change the syllabus up but it’s often for the better in my opinion. I really feel that she cares about our learning and she doesn’t want us to be too stressed. Overall it was really fun and meaningful. it honestly had a pretty profound impact on me that i cant quite articulate and i think this class changed my brain chemistry. I wish I could take more classes with her but I’m graduating.
This professor is awful. She literally does not care for her students unless they're doing something for her. If you want to pass this class you need to be best friends with her. Cares more about her own projects than her students. She is also so unclear with what she expects from the class, and what gets you to pass. I don't recommend unless you want to do actual labor in order to pass the class.
