Quarter: Fall 2017
Grade: B
June 6, 2018

I took professor Solomon for 109 and he is such a great professor that engages the class in meaningful discussion. Every class there is a 1-2 page reflection on the readings due and he had a final 10-12 page paper. Overall, I loved the readings, the class discussions, and Prof Solomon was very approachable, would recommend him and other classes with him.

Quarter: Fall 2017
Grade: A+

Jeffrey Solomon is the best professor I've had at UCLA! He cares so much about his students. During the quarter, he organized to have actual Black Panther members join us at UCLA to view a Black Panther documentary; we engaged in a fantastic discussion with them after the documentary, and it remains one of my favorite events of the year. During the entirety of our Social Justice class, we enjoyed super relevant discussions that related our reading assignments to current events and political happenings today. Do yourself a favor and take one of his classes!!
