I took the summer UG LAW 185 (not the 150) course with Light.. a 6wk session course so it went by quickly. There were no reviews on him before so I really was gambling by taking his class--while taking another history course. All I can say is that he is THE BEST professor! Reason being because he doesn't just talk about the reading material, but he also gives his class insight about his experiences, etc. You learn a lot of important, yet interesting infomration in bus law. Even though there is alot to learn..he does make the class fun. Only prob is that it is almost a 2 hr course, twice a week. Just to go off track..hes a super hottie so you wont spend too much time looking at the clock. lol THe mock trial at the end was super hilarious/fun..everyone in class played a role and we got the chance to do some bus litigation in a court room setting. Your grade is made up of a midterm, final and attendance. I hardly missed class cause the subject matter was really interesitng and he always had insightful things to say. The midterm/final is based on BOTH your lecture notes and the reading so don't think you can get an easy A. It is very possible to get a mini heart attack after taking the midterm but he does curve your grade so it is very possible to get a decent grade in the course.
