Intro to Oceanography.
Overall, this class was fun. Labs and attendance to labs contribute to your final grade. 1 quiz during each lab but they're super easy and also a lab final which is also super easy.
Classes are pod cast,
I literally skipped almost half the lectures and watched his recordings online instead. If you're planning to skip lecture, watch his pod casts. His lecture slides are on the website so you don't really have to take notes.
His 2 mid terms are super easy, just get his previous test papers from the test bank do them. Also, read the book, it's very very straightforward. However, this class gets a little boring towards the end, nothing unbearable, just a little memorizing work as you get closer to finals. His finals is not difficult but you still have to study for it.
He also gives you a lot of chances for extra credit. He had about 10+ seminars and 2 movies to watch, each 0.5% after you submit an essay about half a page to a page long. You can go up to 2% which is actually a lot. The TAs for this class are very nice too.
I really recommend this class when Prof. Edwin teaches it.
