This was a pretty chill and fun class. It was 2 hours which I feel like was a bit too long though. We also walked around the room a lot to "move the air" and be in the space which was fine, but we just walked around a lot. All the stuff we did was with a partner or in groups. We danced all together at the same time and a lot of it was engaging with the group so very friendly and not intimidating.
