Spring 2022 - This class was online when I took it, but professor Nu'Man was wonderful! He was a good lecturer, but his lectures did come straight from the textbook. He was very kind and open to criticism, and was also adamant that he really valued our insights on how to make the course as valuable as possible. Your grade is dependent mostly on two or three things which can be stressful, but they weren't grueling assignments I would say. I highly recommend this class and this professor.

Winter 2026 - Professor Ribet was great. Everything was completely online and this class was the most unique class I've ever taken throughout my whole college experience. There was no required assignments, you are compeletely on your own. You don't even have to show up to class if you don't want to, just finish the assigned essays/works. Don't procrastinate though cuz then you won't be able to finish the class at the end of the quarter. The professor was in Minnesota teaching remotely. Be mindful that she is very "left" so if you are a MAGA or trump supporter, then don't take her cuz you will be having a very hard time. We literally spent 2 weeks on criticizing Trump. Also she has a very strict AI policy. Don't think you can fool her by submitting low quality essays and also don't use softwares like Grammarly because she said that's also counted as AI. Other than these factors, her classes are very easy to get an A.
