Electroencephalography Methods and Analysis II

Description: Lecture, three hours. Requisite: course 286A. Recommended preparation: one term of graduate level statistics, biostatistics. Development of expertise in interpretation of electroencephalographic (EEG) signals in context of current issues. Students identify neural and non-neural sources of EEG signals, understand use of EEG in research and applications, explain current limitations and controversies of EEG, and navigate through state-of-the-art analyses and applications of EEG. Letter grading.
