Description: Lecture, two hours; discussion, one hour. Preparation: first-year neuroscience graduate core courses. Overview of brain architecture including theoretical and methodological approaches for brain connectomic research. Evolution and development of nervous system, comparative neuroanatomy and behavioral neuroanatomy as well as classical and modern data collection methods, image processing pipelines for neuroanatomic data, and neuroinformatics principles. S/U or letter grading.
