(I took 32A, not 32AH) Williams is honestly a pretty average (in a good way) guy. I have no complaints with him; he has no collected homework, weekly quizzes straight from the book (usually easy), and very fair exams for which he gives you lots of practice. He's not the absolute best math professor around, but I'd take him over Chayes (the other usual choice for 32A) any day. In shot: Not bad; wouldn't mind taking him again.
