Description: Lecture, four hours. Requisite: satisfaction of English as a Second Language requirement. Writing of texts that are rhetorically appropriate for discipline-specific audiences. Extensive revising of papers to allow writers to edit their texts for grammatical appropriateness and for clear and coherent style. Focus on language and writing issues of concern to multilingual writers. P/NP or letter grading.
