Summer 2018 - Professor Warren was my favorite professor this quarter! She possesses a deep knowledge and love for the subject she teaches, and it is clearly obvious. Though the class was highly work-intensive and caused me to fall behind in my other classes, I will have to say that my writing has improved tremendously in just 6 weeks! Her instruction paired with her strategic reading of the Hacker texts definitely helped me identify areas of improvement within my own writing and I can visibly see the improvement in my papers over the course of her class. I also really like the fact that she incorporates both text and media within her lectures to teach her lessons. Professor Warren is definitely a hard grader and makes you work for the A, but I appreciate the fact that you know you will have really earned it if you receive one. Because of her class, I feel ready to take on university-level writing in my other courses!
