    Description: (Same as Chemical Engineering CM215.) Lecture, four hours; discussion, one hour; outside study, seven hours. Enforced requisite: Chemical Engineering 101C. Use of previously learned concepts of biophysical chemistry, thermodynamics, transport phenomena, and reaction kinetics to develop tools needed for technical design and economic analysis of biological reactors.
