Do NOT live here - the place itself is fine, no issues, but you can get a double for this price or similar w/ parking if you look hard enough (we had to live in a triple). Also, if you're in a bedroom, with the window into the backyard, you can hear EVERY SINGLE word that's even WHISPERED in the backyard. Landlord claims no parties but there's like two parties every week so have fun trying to sleep or do work.
