The apartment itself was fine, I found it to be one of the better, cleaner properties in Westwood. So, if you are okay with dealing with an unethical, incredibly rude, scam artist management then this is your place.
More on management:
1. They will trick you into thinking they are friendly and reasonable in the beginning, before you sign the lease.
2. The manager, Maria, will yell at you and your family when you try to move in. She will yell expletives and lodge threats.
3. She will continue with her incredibly rude and demeaning attitude if you call for any reason.
4. Management will be late in returning your deposit and they will try to scam money out of your deposit by lying.
5. They will also park in the spot you pay for while you are away
So here is my advice. If you decide to live here take ample photos and videos before and after you move in. Stay up to date on your rights as a tenant and do stand up for yourself. Otherwise the apartment itself is livable and clean, management however needs to brush up on their morals and business practices.
