Really nice place (and probably one of the nicer university apartments). The bathroom and kitchen are relatively recently renovated, and the rest of the apartment is nothing to complain about. The age is showing in some places (our balcony door is so warped it gets stuck) and the furniture itself isn't the newest, but it's way better than what the average student budget would buy. Having all utilities paid for is really nice, as the place has AC/heat.
Comes with a decent amount of furniture--similar beds + desks + chair as the dorms, a bunch of coffee tables, a small dining table, a sofa, and an armchair.
It's a relatively quiet area of Westwood, but the windows are old and a decent amount of street noise will make it in. Not usually a problem.
