The building manager is amazing and super helpful. I loved living here and this is honestly the favorite apartment out of all my friends apartments. We have a huge balcony (we keep a succulent garden on it) and the place has a ton of natural light. It is a little loud, the helicopters from the hospital routinely wake us up, but honestly the positives far outweigh the negatives in that regard. The floor-plan is really open while the bedroom is secluded and private. 10/10 would recommend!
