This is a one room, one bathroom, studio apartment. The landlord is very helpful and available for any concerns or questions. It is currently being renovated so you can expect it to be very clean and new looking. I will be moving into this apartment on the 5th of September and would like to find a roommate to help me split the rent. The total rent is $1400 a month so each of us would be paying $700.
