Yost is a great guy and wants students to learn. The topics in this class (service ops) were really great and helpful for students in any field.

Yost teaches by letting the group throw out ideas and discuss amongst themselves. The biggest problem is that the discussion often gets off track or becomes dominated by someone who just likes to hear themselves talk. Yost needs to be better at getting the discussion back on track.

Also, there needs to be better take aways from each class. Sometimes the discussion isn't so good so you leave wondering what you were supposed to learn.
