I was really excited about taking this class, but I was a little disappointed with it. I think it has to do with the fact that I'm a soc major, though. The professor was cool, i guess. She talked a lot about George Clooney and pop culture-type stuff, which was cool. The midterm and final were very easy (if you read), and the paper wasn't too bad. It was an easy class and you do learn a couple of things, so I'd recommend it.

Professor Gable was a decent professor, but her lectures were all based on slide presentations and she never got creative except for showing a clip from a movie every now and then. The good thing about that is you dont have to take notes (or go to class really) cuz all her slides are online, but at some point you will probably get bored out of your mind. Also, her tests are really easy, just the read the book. But, she seems like a really great person, even if her class is very standard.
