Extremely good lecturer. He has a good idea of when the lecture is turning south. He breaks this up by sharing a story or a cool overhead. Very easy to sit through a 2 hr lecture without falling asleep. He's also really helpful in office hours. It is kinda intimidating to talk to him though. He's so smart that you don't want to say anything stupid and get called out on it.

This guy is pretty moody... likes to make students feel dumb if they mess up.. pretty sure he doesn't mean it though.

He definately knows how to teach. You shouldn't have any problem with the homework or sitting through the lecture. He's actually pretty fun, but there's a certain uneasiness students feel in the class speaking up... eventhough he encourages discussion. I thought the midterm and final were easy... but I got a C in the class which I really dont' understand (my gpa is 3.2).

You know as long as you don't talk in class and close the door behind you, you'll make him happy. And when he's happy, he teaches well.
