Professor Cohen definitely cares a lot about his students success. He rounded me up from a 93.73 (A-) to a 94 (A) immediately and I didn't even have to ask. He is a pretty generous grader on the essays and he marked all of the mistakes on rough drafts for our first two essays, but he can be a little nitpick with points at times which can come back to hurt your grade. We also had to watch "Pan's Labyrinth" to write our final essay, which I found to be a pretty disturbing movie. Overall though, I think Professor Cohen is a great guy who really cares about his students and their success. I never took advantage of his office hours, but I wish I had, as I bet he would've been really helpful.
