Quarter: Fall 2015
Grade: A
Feb. 12, 2016

I would highly recommend this class. Professor Thomas' lectures were organized, engaging and very interesting. The books he choose were all very interesting, I enjoyed reading almost all of them so it didn't even really feel like work. The grade was based 20% on participation and 80% on a final paper. The final paper was a little difficult but Professor Thomas gives you a lot of different options for topics so you can really write about whatever you want. And he holds extra office hours during tenth week and is super helpful in guiding you with your paper. I really loved this class, I always looked forward to going to lecture, doing the readings and even writing the final paper.
