Professor Covey is a really great and engaging professor. Class is always well organized and has a simple structure. They are very engaging and interactive so you get lots of practice speaking with your classmates. Your grade is made up of several elements: homework assignments, weekly 20-minute long essays, midterm & final essays, attendance/participation, and 2 TalkAbroad conversations with a native German speaker online. It can be a lot but they are all very doable assignments, this class does require good time management and organization skills on your behalf so you don't fall behind or get overwhelmed. But Professor Covey is very helpful and makes things as straight forward and enjoyable as possible. Highly recommend.
