Research in Developmental Psychology
Description: Discussion, one hour; laboratory, three hours. Requisites: courses 10, 100A, 100B, and 130 or one course from 133A through 133I. Designed for Psychology and Cognitive Science majors. Forms of scientific writing; ethics of research, especially with minors; special advantages and problems of asking developmental research questions; relevant methodologies for experimental and observational work; data analyses and data presentation options. P/NP or letter grading.

It was a interesting class..but the thing i didn't like about her was that she spent the first 3 weeks just lecturing on stuff we know from Psych. 100B, and we only actually got to observed the kids for maybe about 3 weeks out of the 10 we had. Plus she expected sooo much. The week the data was collected, she wanted to whole paper due in one week plus a presentation!!! Why couldn't the paper be due on finals week??? The topic is interesting but the way she taught the class i didn't agree...
