Apartment #3XX Lease Duration: March 2009 to March 2009

Decent Apartment, bedrooms are definitely small though (so make sure you view the unit before you sign a lease). Balcony in some units, the main ones are pretty spacious. Kitchen is absolutely convoluted and hard to access, but management is quick to respond and pretty good about answering questions (they are at 415 Gayley, so party away). The building used to have a crazy old man across the street that would go crazy at parties, but he seems to have disappeared. Not living here next year since space is an essential item.
