Lease Duration: March 2009 to March 2009

the landlord is generally unreceptive unless you direct it back towards him. it also generally takes a long time for any repairs to be made. the building is old, so the bathroom's really small and the kitchen is separated off from the living room. there's no dishwasher, but refrigerator & microwave are included, as is water and trash. the walls are also really really thin -- i can hear everything that's happening in every unit adjacent, so it gets pretty loud at night. try not to get a lower unit, you will hate the people living upstairs like i do. the bedroom's really big and spacious, however, as is the living room. there's also no laundry on site, and you have to go next door to get any laundry done.
